LOIS FARRELL PHILLIPS has been engaged in the practice of real property and corporate law for twenty-five years. After graduating from St. John’s Law School in 1980, she spent fifteen years in the real estate practice group at Dewey Ballantine, and later served as Deputy Bureau Chief of the Real Estate Financing Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office. She has been awarded the coveted "A-V" professional rating by a vote of her peers, signifying the highest rating in legal ability and professional ethics. She holds a B.A. degree in History from the College of New Rochelle and a M.S. Degree in Education from St. John’s University. She is admitted to practice in the State Bar in the Second Department, and in the Federal Bar in the Southern District and Eastern District of New York. She has also been certified by the State of New York as an instructor of real estate brokers and salespersons and with a group of distinguished colleagues conducts a series of continuing education seminars centered on New York real estate law and practice.
